Provides assessments, intake, information and referral, and case management for children with mental health needs. Children or adolescents must be younger than 18 and be diagnosed as having severe mental health/emotional (SED) needs with a current diagnostic assessment.Common diagnoses may include:- ADHD- Anxiety- Autism- Depression- Oppositional Defiant Disorder- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)Additional services may include case planning, consultation, facilitation of residential treatment, hospitalizations, and crisis support.
