Certain non-citizens who are considered refugees, and who have been in Pennington County 8 months or less who meet income, household, and eligibility requirements

Providing MA to refugees NOTE: Refugees who are eligible for Medical Assistance are served through that program. Refugees receiving Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) are automatically eligible for RMA if they are not already MA eligible.
