In Home Semi-Independent Living and Supported Living Services - Trillium Services

Offers Home Supports with Training and Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) for adults living in their own homes. These services help individuals maintain and build the skills needed to live independently and successfully in the community.

Services include:

- Daily Living Skills Support: Assistance with budgeting, health and wellness, meal planning, money management, relationship building, shopping, and more.

- Home Supports with Training: Individualized support provided in the home or community to maintain and strengthen independent living skills.

- Housing Transition Services: Help with locating housing, completing rental applications, budgeting for housing, and preparing for and planning a move.

- Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS): Ongoing support to promote independence while ensuring access to community resources and supports.
