Description
- Maintains court files for Civil, Criminal, Traffic, Probate, Conciliation, Juvenile, and Family Court matters - Schedules Court hearings and sends notifications - Assists the public with domestic abuse and harassment petitions - Maintains and disburses restitution funds ordered by the Court - Collects fines, surcharges, etc. - Issues warrants for Judge's signatures, prepare subpoenas and executions of judgments - Maintains trust funds held for benefit of minors - Courthouse contains a law library where people can research legal issues
