Eligibility
Men and women interested in men's issues of all kinds, such as relationship building and personal growth. Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties.
Required documents
- Legal Clinic: All documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case
- Participants must have successfully completed Men Helping Men With Anger to be eligible to take the Moving Toward Empowerment class
Hours
- Office: 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday
- Presentation and support group hours vary, call for information
- Legal Clinic: 7 pm - 9 pm 1st Wednesday of each month

Application process
- No intake needed for drop-in support groups. Call for a workshop and class schedule.
- Telephone is answered 24 hours by voice mail and an attempt is made to return calls within one or two days.
- All anger management classes are currently virtual through Zoom
- Legal Clinic: Walk in; Clinics may be canceled at any time due to attorney unavailability
Fees
- Donation for support group: $3 - $7
- Presentations: $5 for nonmembers
- Anger management class: $315 for 12 weeks
- Legal Clinic: $5.00 for general public; Men's Center members receive a courtesy discount
- Moving Toward Empowerment class: $217

- Clinic held 7 pm - 9 pm 1st Wednesday of each month

- Job satisfaction
- Sexuality: relationships, sexual orientation and masculinity
- Spirituality
- For men who desire to improve their relationships at home and at work
- All anger management classes hybrid, meaning the participants may attend in person or online. In person is recommended
- Alumni groups for men who have completed the class
- For men who have successfully completed the Men Helping Men With Anger class and want to deepen their learning. All classes are hybrid, meaning participants may attend in person or online.
