Independent living with income-based rent and an active waiting list - Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes: A comprehensive older adults living campus at 6070 Blanchard Boulevard in Lino Lakes offering independent living (apartments and townhomes), assisted living, and memory care with community amenities. - The Heritage at Lyngblomsten: Older adult living apartments at 1440 Midway Parkway in Saint Paul. Market-rate rental housing with optional supportive services available.
