Mental Illness and Chemical Dependency Day Treatment - Pathways Counseling Center

Counseling services for individuals with mental illness and substance abuse issues. The client does not need a Rule 25 assessment or a formal CD diagnosis. Services include: - Assessment, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy - Gambling counseling associated with financial stress, legal and civil matters; loss of jobs; medical complications, emotional and psychological disturbances; parenting and relationship difficulties; and substance abuse - Mental health stabilization, independent living skills, rehabilitative skills, and chemical health and psychological education

Adults 18 and over with a diagnosis of Severe Mental Illness and acknowledgment of substance abuse issues. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.
