Adults 18 and over with a diagnosis of Severe Mental Illness and acknowledgment of substance abuse issues. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.

Counseling services for individuals with mental illness and substance abuse issues. The client does not need a Rule 25 assessment or a formal CD diagnosis. Services include:
  • Assessment, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy
  • Gambling counseling associated with financial stress, legal and civil matters; loss of jobs; medical complications, emotional and psychological disturbances; parenting and relationship difficulties; and substance abuse
  • Mental health stabilization, independent living skills, rehabilitative skills, and chemical health and psychological education
