Provides a comprehensive, outpatient-based, co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment program, including: - Additional referrals provided - Alcohol and drug detoxification - Assessments for alcohol and substance use disorders - Available 24/7 clinician phone support, telemedicine, and video visits - Free initial evaluation and consultation - Individualized treatment plans - Medication assisted maintenance treatment - Treatments for all chemical dependencies - Relapse prevention services, follow-up maintenance care, or tapering
