Energy Assistance Program - EAP - Kootasca Community Action
??- Assists low-income households with heat and electric payments. - Assistance amounts/grants are based on a percentage of the household's heating costs, housing type, size of household, income, and fuel type. ??- Clients can and should call for applications from October - May. Starting in October, applications will be processed in the order in which they were received.
