- Reports of possible abuse and/or neglect need to be reported through the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center (MAARC) - May also report to local law enforcement or licensing agency - Mandated reporters may submit reports online

Eligibility

Anyone 18 years or older who resides in a facility licensed by the Department of Health or Health and Human Services and/or any adult who is unable or unlikely to report abuse or neglect without assistance because of impairment of mental or physical function or emotional status in Lake County
