Eligibility
Open to all individuals with legal issues in the state of Minnesota who meet income requirements; households up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Required documents
All documents pertaining to legal issue including any paperwork received concerning the case
and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.
