Program Fees
Provides support for customers who need help paying their bills. Customers who fall behind on payments can work with CenterPoint to establish a repayment agreement. Customers are encouraged to contact CenterPoint as soon as they begin to experience payment difficulties Gas Affordability Program (GAP) is available to CenterPoint Energy customers receiving Energy Assistance through LIHEAP to reduce monthly natural gas bills and address past-due balances. Approved applicants may receive monthly bill credits to make energy costs more manageable.
