Services are person-centered and designed to empower individuals while providing meaningful support to families. Services include: - Consulting Services: Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager consulting for family foster care and small providers, ensuring compliance with MN Statute 245D. ?- In-Home Support Services (IHS): 1:1 skill-building, teaching, and training in the home, including community outings and activities. - Respite Care: Temporary in-home or out-of-home relief for families and caregivers, ranging from a few hours to extended stays. - Skill Development Activities: Support in areas such as cooking, fitness, health, hygiene, medication management, money handling, relationship building, safety, and social participation.
