Also serves portions of 55102, 55103, 55104, 55105, 55117 and 55130 within the following boundaries: - 55102 - Part north of Kellogg Boulevard - 55103 - On the north of Pierce Butler - 55104 - West of Hamline to Minneapolis border - 55105 - Up to Randolph Avenue between Hamline and Mississippi Boulevard - 55117 - West of 35E - 55130 - West of 35E from Rice Street to downtown Saint Paul Callers requesting financial assistance for housing related requests need to apply to Ramsey County first and receive an approval or denial before they can reach out to Keystone.
