Applications for our Section 8 program can be obtained by contacting the office via phone, email or other Koochiching County Social Service providers.
Our Waiting List IS open, however there is currently a wait of approximately 12 months.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher would allow a "Qualified House" to pay 30% of their gross income towards their share of the monthly rent. The HRA would then pay the rest of the monthly rent on behalf of the household.
