In-Home Support Services - Volunteers of America Minnesota and Wisconsin

Provides individualized supportive services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which are specifically tailored to support their needs in the home, apartment or other community living situation. These services reinforce personal responsibility and include activities such as daily living skills (getting dressed, taking medication, preparing meals, job coaching, residential supports, and managing money) and developing interpersonal and communication skills needed for community integration. Services may include: - Day program employment - Help making decisions - Skill development ?- Support with doctor's appointments
