Description

An six-session outpatient treatment program designed to help persons assess the personal consequences of substance use and determine to what extent behavior must be altered to avoid those consequences. A personal change contract is then prepared and referral is made to appropriate resources for the client's needs. Program is offered virtually through Telehealth/Zoom only.
