Low income families in Blue Earth, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Sibley, and Watonwon counties, and the entire city of New Prague

Required documents

Low income families are offered a 0% interest, 30-year mortgage. All documentation required for a home mortgage loan is required. Income eligibility information is located on website or by calling the office.
