Pioneer Apartments
- Located right on Sheridan Street
- 40 units with 39 one-bedroom, one bath, living room, and a kitchen (two units are handicapped accessible), and one two-bedroom, one bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen
- Located at 210 West White Street, behind the hospital
- 39 unit complex with 38 one-bedroom, one bath, living room, and a kitchen (two of which are handicapped accessible), and one two-bedroom, one bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen
- Located at 10th Avenue and East Washington Street
- Ten family homes with two-bedroom units, four three-bedroom units, and two four-bedroom units. All units have one bath, a living room, a kitchen, and hookups available for washer and dryer.
- Located between 8th and 10th avenue on East Camp Street
- 25 units with one bedroom, one bath, living room, and a kitchen
