Eligibility
Older adults with low fixed incomes and no other source of help. People whose physical capabilities or health problems limit their ability to maintain income to cover energy bills. People who have had an unexpected emergency within the last 12 months and cannot pay energy costs. People who meet income guidelines and have received or applied for all other public funds. Serves residents of Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Meeker, Redwood, Renville, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties
