- Serves children and adolescents ages birth to 18 whose parents or caregivers have concerns about their developmental, behavioral and/or emotional well-being. - Serves Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Columbia Heights, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, New Brighton, Otsego, Robbinsdale, Saint Louis Park, and Saint Paul. Some services are available at Fraser School locations.
