Family Health - Nobles County Community Services

Provides family health services through various programs. Services provided:

• Car Seat Program: Car seats are distributed to families who meet qualifying guidelines. A Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician is available to assist any families within the community with how to properly buckle up their children in car seats as well as how to install car seats correctly.

• Family Home Visiting Program: Offers a home visiting program to pregnant women and families with young children to help families raise healthy children to succeed in school and life. A public health nurse will visit the family's home or another place of the family's choosing to offer support.

• Follow Along Program: A program that follows children aged birth - 3 years by having parents fill out questionnaires about their child.
