Center connects people who are representing themselves in court with legal resources. Services include: - Assistance with forms and written instructions (some fees may apply) - Assistance with Harassment Restraining Orders not related to a domestic situation in Hennepin County - Online tools for filling out forms - One-on-one help to learn court procedures - One-on-one review of your court forms - Referrals to community resources and legal services - Video and brochures providing information on the law, court procedures and how to represent yourself in court. Some information available in languages other than English - Referrals to legal services, mediation services, and other social service agencies. NOTE: Self help center is currently closed for In person visits until further notice - People are helped on a first-come, first-served basis - Must arrive at least 1.5 hours before closing for help with filling out court forms

Fee

Services are free, but there may be a fee for criminal history printouts, subpoenas, forms and filings
