Peer Support and Educational Programs - Southeastern Minnesota Center For Independent Living - SEMCIL

Peer Support Groups: Offers peer support groups for people living with a disability to meet and share experiences about their journey. Provides a space for people to ask unique questions to receive support and feedback. Peer support groups are offered 1:1 in a goal-based format. Class times and dates vary. Classes, Events, and Workshops: Offers a variety of opportunities for people to connect with others, practice skills, or learn about disability-related topics. Classes provide a chance to learn a variety of skills, social engagement, and group settings. Examples of classes include cooking, art, and community outings. Workshops are provided to community service partners who request information about a particular topic.
