Day Support Services Program - MSS

Provides personalized, community-based support to help individuals with developmental disabilities build life skills, engage in the community, and improve independence. Services are available in-person or online and include: - Access to assistive technology and adaptive equipment - Adaptive beekeeping experiences - Creative arts programming (painting, ceramics, photography, and more) - Community volunteering and educational activities - Life skills training (self-care, communication, social skills) - Self-advocacy skill building - Specialized support for individuals with autism, mental health needs, or complex medical conditions Staff are trained to meet a wide range of support needs. Services are person-centered and designed to help participants connect with others and fully participate in community life.

Individuals ages 18 and over, who have a developmental disability or similar disabling condition and reside in Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
