The United States Department of Homeland Security's enforcement and removal operations to secure the nation's borders, safeguard the immigration system, and security of the nation. Provides: - Detention Services: ICE manages all aspects of immigration enforcement and arrests of aliens who are subject to enforcement, as well as case management, detention, and removal. The agency leverages a diverse detention network including private facilities. To find a detention facility, visit the website at https://www.ice.gov/detention-facilities. - Dismantling of Transnational Crime: Dedicated to detecting and combating transnational crime that threaten the United States industries, organizations, and financial systems. Illicit activities for investigation include narcotics, smuggling, human trafficking, gang violence, money laundering, other financial crimes, intellectual property theft, cybercrime, child exploitation, and customs fraud. - Immigration Enforcement and Removal: The enforcement and removal operations team coordinates closely with local law enforcement partners within the United States to ensure the safety of communities through a variety of resources and programs. Programs include the Criminal Alien Program, Fugitive Operations, Law Enforcement Partners 287(g) Program, and Immigration and Naturalization Fraud Prosecutions. - Office locations throughout the United States consisting of Field Offices, Enforcement and Removal Operations, Homeland Security Investigations, Joint Interagency Task Force, Law Enforcement Support Center, and Offices of Partnership and Engagement, Professional Responsibility, and Principal Legal Advisor.
