Call for appointment. An initial phone screening will occur to determine eligibility, check insurance benefits and to schedule an initial intake session.

- Families with children ages 3 - 6 experiencing internal or external stressors resulting in an increased risk of abuse and/or neglect; child must qualify for a mental health diagnosis - Serve residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
