People with disabilities, elderly people and people with Traumatic Brain Injury. Most participants must have appropriate funding from the County. Private pay is available for individuals that do not qualify for county services. Statewide service.

Description

A licensed Fiscal Support Entity (FSE) that offers financial and technical support for individuals and families who choose to design their own support structures and remain in their own homes and communities. Helps individuals manage the financial aspects of self-directed care and facilitates Community Directed Community Supports (CDCS). Processes expense payments and reimbursements for eligible clients.
