Individuals and families who:
  • Are residents of Minneapolis
  • Have income at or below 30% of the area median income
  • Have received a pre-filing eviction notice from their property manager or a 30-day notice to vacate
Required documents
Application/intake form notice to vacate premises or court summons related to eviction case picture ID proof of income
