Description

Offers 80 affordable permanent supportive housing units to men with alcohol use disorders. The program offers: - Access to an on-site medical clinic and nurse with medication support - Common areas include a computer room, lounges, a community garden, and a courtyard with a barbeque grill - Free on-site laundry - Meals provided in the cafeteria and bagged meals and snacks available all day - One-on-one case management, structured goal planning, peer support services, and transportation services - Positive community benefits from a harm-reduction model of care that ensures safe housing regardless of sobriety - Single occupancy rooms with beds, linens, dressers, chairs, and more NOTE: No referral is required to access this housing program
