Offers a variety of recreational programs specifically adapted to meet the needs of individuals living with developmental disabilities. The programs promote physical health, confidence, and enhance team building skills. Provides a variety of therapeutic recreational opportunities including: - Adult and family yoga ?- Adult social clubs ?- Fitness ?- Friday night dances ?- Non-competitive basketball ?- Pals and Pins bowling for youth, teens, and adults ?- Seasonal arts and crafts ?- Teen Explorers - Walking for health ?- Zumba
