Offers a variety of recreational programs specifically adapted to meet the needs of individuals living with developmental disabilities. The programs promote physical health, confidence, and enhance team building skills. Provides a variety of therapeutic recreational opportunities including:

- Adult and family yoga

- Adult social clubs

- Fitness

- Friday night dances

- Non-competitive basketball

- Pals and Pins bowling for youth, teens, and adults

- Seasonal arts and crafts

- Teen Explorers

- Walking for health

- Zumba
