- Car Seats: Low income pregnant women who are covered under a state funded BluePlus, HealthPartners, and UCare plan
- Breast Pumps: Low income pregnant women who are covered under a HealthPartners state funded and private insurance plans and state funded UCare plan
- Serves residents of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Wright counties
