Any consumer may use MNsure to shop for health insurance.

Hours

- Contact center: 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday - The website account and application functions are available 6 am - 12 midnight 7 days a week. The public information pages are up 24 hours/7 days a week. - Open enrollment period runs November 1 - January 15 some consumers may enroll at any time if they qualify with MA of MinnesotaCare or have a qualifying life event. - Coverage start dates will vary depending on when individuals enroll.
