  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
  • Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP): Supports and strengthens the caregiver-child relationship as a tool to allow for the healing of past experiences.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Does not require talk therapy. Uses interventions to allow the brain to resume natural healing and resolve unprocessed traumatic memories.
  • Somatic Experiencing Therapy: Helps people who have experienced trauma develop an increased sense of awareness of their internal experience to allow for healing.
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): Focuses on children and adolescents developing skills and working through stories of past experiences of trauma.
