Will serve anyone, regardless of ability to pay; Focus is primarily on residents of the West 7th area of St. Paul; Serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

Wednesday Friday 8 am - 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - 1 pm Saturday
  • Scheduling: 7:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
  • Pharmacy: 8 am - 5 pm Monday
Wednesday Friday 8 am - 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - 1 pm Saturday
  • After Hours Care Line: 5 pm - 8 pm Monday - Friday
  • Nurse Triage Line: 24 hours/7 days a week
