Provides a multidisciplinary approach for mental health care, offering a range of services. Services offered: - Assessments and Evaluations: Provides diagnostic assessments, psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, and combined psychological and parenting evaluations - Therapy and Education: Provides individual and group therapy, consultations, psycho-education, and wellness for general mental health - Medication Services: On-site pharmacist for medication management and aftercare - Outreach: Provides outreach services to people experiencing homelessness - Whole-person Care: Provides treatment for co-occurring disorders, care coordination, resource assistance, and collaboration with community partners and service providers
