Eligibility

  • Open to all adults- Clients utilizing consolidated Rule 25 funding must be Hennepin County residents

Social Security card State ID for compulsive gamblers

Hours

  • Office: 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday
8 am - 12 noon Saturday- Afterhours: Phone message can be left afterhours and responses will be provided within 24 hours

Application process

Call; all appointments are being conducted as remote/mobile video appointments to ensure participants can continue to receive care and until public health authorities' recommendations change

Fees

  • Call for fee information - Most insurance or consolidated funding/Rule 25 will pay chemical dependency services - The Minnesota State Gambling Grant may pay compulsive gambling services

Assessment and outpatient chemical dependency treatment for adults, including:- Alcohol- Illegal and prescription drugs- Intensive outpatient group therapy for substance use disorders, including individual, family, and group therapy; mixed gender, women, and men groups- Co-occurring addiction and mental health problems- Cognitive Behavioral TherapyAssessment and outpatient treatment for adults with a compulsive gambling disorder, including:- Individual and family therapy and interventions- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Group therapy including those affected family/concerned persons in the gambler's lifeTeletherapy services available for chemical health assessments, comprehensive assessments, state-funded gambling services, participation in IOP, relapse prevention, and continuing care programming, individual mental health therapy, and diagnostic assessments
