Open to all individuals 18 and older, who are eligible or currently receiving General Assistance (GA), Social Security, and Medical Assistance (MA) Home Care Service (such as ARMHS, PCA, PCA Choice, Private Duty Nursing or SILS) who want to move to homes of their own

Helps eligible adults with disabilities seek suitable, affordable, accessible housing that gives them more control and independence. Housing Access Services can:
  • Accompany individuals when looking at housing
  • Assist finding affordable furnishings and household items
  • Assist with packing and moving
  • Help complete rental applications and lease agreements
  • Help develop household budgets
  • Help people move to a place of their own
  • Meet and negotiate with landlords/property staff
