- Youth ages 14 - 21 who are residents of Saint Paul - Individuals must also either: meet household income guidelines (at or below 80% of the metro area median income) OR have a barrier to employment. Exact income guideline and possible barriers to employment can be found online.

Application process
Applications must be submitted online at www.stpaul.gov/jobs in February. Once the application is received, eligible candidates will be invited to an job expo. Candidates will then receive a letter to set up an interview.

Summer job opportunities throughout the city of Saint Paul for low-income city residents ages 14 - 21. Jobs may be with parks, libraries, or nonprofits which will provide basic work experience. Every effort will be made to place workers in an area that meet their interest and at a location that is within 2 miles of their home.
