- Criminal division: Diversion programs

- Civil division: Commitment, forfeitures of certain property associated with the commission of a “designated offense”, truancy prevention, and property tax

- Child support division: Helps establish paternity and establish, modify, and enforce support orders

- Juvenile division: Prosecutes juvenile offenses
