Unemployment Benefits Law - Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid - Minneapolis
Provides assistance with unemployment appeals for separated employees who have been denied, terminated or have other issues related to Unemployment Insurance. Applicants for services will be asked to provide detailed information regarding their employment and unemployment cases.

Eligibility
- Low income residents of Hennepin County - Low income residents of Anoka County who are over the age of 60 - Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
