  • Same-day Acute Care appointments available by calling at 10 am to schedule an appointment for that day.
NOTE: Limited number of appointments are reserved for same day.

Provides primary care services, including:
  • Behavioral health assessments and treatments for Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Chronic disease management
  • Dental care services (cleanings, dentures, exams, extractions, fillings, and pediatric dental care)
  • Immunizations
  • Individual therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Grief and loss counseling
  • Health maintenance and prevention
  • Physical exams
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) treatments that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and brain spotting
  • Screening and treatment for STIs (sexually transmitted infections)
  • Spiritual counseling
  • Sports physicals
  • Substance use disorder treatment services such as distributing Narcan, medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
  • Telehealth
