Eligibility
Single adults and families in Carver County who:
- Are behind on rent, lot rent, or utilities by one or more months
- Are not currently living in public housing, Section 8, Housing Support, or using emergency assistance from another source for the month
- Have an eviction that has been filed for past due rent and/or utilities
- Have received a 14-day letter from the landlord for past due rent or utilities
- Meet income guidelines of 80% Area Median Income (AMI)
