Rent and Utility Assistance Program - Carver County Community Development Agency

Eligibility
Single adults and families in Carver County who:
  • Are behind on rent, lot rent, or utilities by one or more months
  • Are not currently living in public housing, Section 8, Housing Support, or using emergency assistance from another source for the month
  • Have an eviction that has been filed for past due rent and/or utilities
  • Have received a 14-day letter from the landlord for past due rent or utilities
  • Meet income guidelines of 80% Area Median Income (AMI)

Application/intake form 14-day letter from landlord of past due rent/utilities statement of past due rent/utilities verification of income
