Eligibility
Individuals and families who meet income guidelines, and meet one of HUD's definitions of chronic homelessness in Northern Saint Louis County:
- Currently living in a place not meant for human habitation such as a car, shed, under a bridge, and a tent outdoors for 12 months consecutively. Doubling-up is considered homeless if the arrangement has persisted for less than one year.
- Have had at least four occasions of homelessness in the past 3 years
