- Visit a Minneapolis Recreation Center to speak with someone about fee assistance - Complete a Fee Assistance Program Application available at any MPRB facility or online (available in Hmong, Somali, and Spanish): https://www.minneapolisparks.org/activities-events/rec-plus-and-preschool-fee-assistance/ - Return your completed application to the location where the program is offered
Required documents
Proof of Minneapolis residency and: - A copy of the two most recent pay stubs of all income earners in the household with Social Security numbers blocked out - A copy of previous year's federal tax returns with Social Security numbers blocked out. If there is no income and income taxes are not filed, attach a brief note explaining that there is no income
