8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Individual consultation is by appointment, with flexible hours. Caregiver support groups are held during evening hours, at various locations throughout metro and surrounding counties. Other programming takes place at various locations on a flexible schedule.

Grandparents, aunts, uncles, other relatives and the children they are raising. Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey and Scott counties. The Warmline is a statewide service.
