• Serves Blue Earth, Brown, Chisago, Cottonwood, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Isanti, Jackson, Le Sueur, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, Mower, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Rice, Rock, Scott, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington, Watonwan, and Winona counties

• Discharge documents (such as a DD214)

• Receipt of certain awards

• Deployment orders

• Other documents that show qualifying military service or current active duty status
