Eligibility
Open to all reservists, active duty military and veterans who served in war zones, and veterans who were sexually abused while in the military; as well as their families Serves Blue Earth, Brown, Chisago, Cottonwood, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Isanti, Jackson, Le Sueur, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, Mower, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Rice, Rock, Scott, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington, Watonwan, and Winona counties

  • Discharge documents (such as a DD214)
  • Receipt of certain awards
  • Deployment orders
  • Other documents that show qualifying military service or current active duty status
