Counseling services include: Academic Counseling/Advising: - Academic progress - Appeal process - Stress and time management - Study skills - Test anxiety Career Counseling: - Creating a plan - Explore education goals and careers - Training opportunities Personal Counseling: - Anxiety - Decision making - Grief and loss - Learn to Live mental health program - Low self-confidence - Relationship concerns - Stress - Transition to college When necessary, referrals to community resources for basic needs such as food, housing, and transportation are provided to students facing challenges. Child care, health and wellness, mental health, and food insecurity are resources that can be found on the website directory.
