Application process
Call dispatcher 48 hours in advance (if possible) and leave a voicemail if picked up by the answering service - Donation-based rides: call dispatch - Medica, South Country, Blue Plus and UCare clients should call the provider's number on the back of their benefit cards for authorization. The provider then forwards the ride information to SEMCAC upon authorization.
