Counseling and Mental Health Services - Saint Paul College

Provides free and confidential counseling services in meeting personal, academic, and career objectives. Also, provides community-based referrals for diagnostic assessments/mental health evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions. Counselors may vary in their specific approaches to counseling. Counselors may help students who have: - Anxiety - Abuse concerns, history, or sexual violence - ADHD - Anger management - Depression - Eating disorders - Food insecurity - Grief and loss - Goal setting - Health and wellness - Housing - Interpersonal skills - Pregnancy - Self-esteem - Relationship concerns - Relationship violence - Sexual orientation - Stress management - Substance abuse - Test anxiety - Time management - Transition to college - Transportation and other
